I spent an hour with support chat trying to use your test payout bank account numbers. They just always gave this validation error

We don't really send funds in test mode so it shouldn't matter, no

I'm not 100% sure what you'd see on 1/5 though (as I haven't tried it myself), Ideally I don't see folks testing this since Stripe has an easier way to retrieve charges included in the payouts
