Just to make sure I understand - you're asking if there's a way for you to create a payment given the amount AFTER fees and have stripe automatically charge the customer the correct amount (w/ the fees added?)

Yes, exactly, so stripe adds fees not me

E.g I send 5 euro and for this transactio fee must be 1.5 euro, so I send to create payment intent only 5 euro, but stripe charges the user with 6.5 euros

So there isn't really an easy way to do this - what you're doing already (calculating the fee yourself) is the only way that I know of
