Apologies for the delay, unfortunately it looks like that field cannot be hidden or disabled in Checkout

Thank you, @livid sail, for your response. It should be possible for better UX. I'm collecting all my customer info on my platform and wanted to use the Checkout Session only for the actual payment.

Anyway, I will use the Stripe Elements instead.
