Ah I see you have already talked to them a bit. Have you asked them to escalate this to the eng team? This channel is for API questions so unfortunately we don't know much about Radar and can't escalate things from here
I believe webhook is broken between the verification complete event and other Stripe servers where once verification is completed webhook is not sent or understood by Stripe server where it puts Radar back to normal

Do you have an example ID of an event like this? I can check in to those as they fall under the API umbrella

"Technical" on this server means "API question", though yes I agree that all of our products are very technical
I am sorry to hear but I can't do much more than look at specific webhook events from this server
I understand that support has had a tough time understanding your issue but escalating through them is the way to go to get this looked at properly
I dont know who to ask for help because it is very difficult to communicate this issue as it is very internal in Stripe. I can send you screenshots maybe?
Once Radar becomes strict basically nothing goes through
I asked all my clients to escalate to support and bad part is:
2-3 of the clients got blocked due to Radar marking transactions for fraud even thought blocks are due to artificially high scores
most got ignored
1-2 Stripe fixed their Radar and it got back to normal but Jan 2 it got broken again
Unfortunately that screenshot can't help me help you. My knowledge and support are strictly restricted to the API and this is a public channel so we can't have info about real live transactions on here. You can provide the same info to support that you are providing here, I get that it is frustrating after seeing this many issues across this many accounts but I currently do not have a way to help you on this issue. The best way forward to getting this resolved is through them.

Unfortunately not, I do not have the knowledge to analyze Radar risk scores on transactions
please somehow help me because for the last 2 months, my clients have been trying Stripe support and the issue keeps going, and even people they know having Stripe account all having this issue
we have been trying everything but it is almost like Stripe stopped accepting new clients due to Radar issues
Is there any way you can help us? This issue will keep happening with other users as well and my client lost $40k in sales in last 2 days due to this because none of his transactions are going through
Unfortunately I cannot help you here. I can't move or escalate support cases from here and I do not know enough about Radar to look in to the behavior that you are seeing. I would love to help if I could but I just do not have the capabilities here. I know it sucks to hear given how your interactions have gone so far, but pushing on support to escalate this and investigate the overall pattern is the best way forward here.
