Can you share the screenshots of the pages you're referring to where you want Boleto vs where you're currently seeing it so that I am on the same page?

I would like the "boleto" option to be enabled here.
However, the customer must first access the Customer Portal home page, click on the "Add payment method" option, select the "Boleto" option, enter the address and return to the change plan page.
It becomes very complex for the customer.
so you're saying, they only see it if the customer updates the subscription but they don't see an option to just save the payment method without the subscription update?
Or is it the other way around?
The page to change plan, through the "subscription_update_confirm" flow type, only displays the "boleto" payment option if you first access the Customer Portal home page, click on the "Add payment method" option, select the "Boleto" option, enter the address and return to the change plan page.
do you have boleto enabled under invoice settings?
