Because i see on the site to collect phone numbers only if needed for the transaction, i effectively need phone number because i have a wine delivery service and i need to call the customer if there is a problem.

i think i have to specify it only in my privacy policy an terms but i was wondering if stripe provided particular ways to do this except the policy an terms that i already have
