hi! generally that means something like your Stripe account doesn't have enough balance/has a large existing negative balance. I'd suggest contacting https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true for help and/or consult https://stripe.com/docs/add-funds
Just to give some extra context, we're using Stripe Connect
With Express Connected accounts
and our balance fairly reguarly fluctuates between positive and negative depending on when our automatic payouts happen and when fees are charged
so today, we added some funds into the pot that is specifically used to handle refunds and disputes when there is not enough funds in our balance
my question is whether or not that will be used for these historic pending refunds
we have some that go back to August 2023
presumably these will reattempt over time and pull from the "refund" pot we've added?
