Yeah, looks like the account has requirements that haven't been satisfied yet, so it has been granted the necessary capabilities:

What country is your Platform going to be based in?

Yeah, that's going to be problematic. Our flow for allowing funds to cross borders like that, is only available to US-based platforms.
