what does the user did to have this

Hi ๐Ÿ‘‹ not exactly sure offhand, kind of looks like you may have a single Payment Intent trying to be used by multiple customers simultaneously. What code did you run that led to that?

tepid sorrel
#

first time that i see that

#

he tried to buy a subscrpitoion

#

i dont see how it can happen really

jaunty oracle
#

Well what led up to it? What objects were being used? What requests did your code make? I'm going to need more context to possibly understand what could be going wrong.

tepid sorrel
#

its not the first subscription bought .
subscription creation and then paymnent of the intent of that subscitpuon

#

could it be this he said "he window of the bank was closing while trying to pay
every time he started typing the password
he managed to pay by pasting the password before it closed"

jaunty oracle
#

Don't know, that isn't enough context to take a look at the related objects and see exactly what happened.

tepid sorrel
#

what can i give you to know ?

jaunty oracle
#

The ID of the request that returned that error and the ID of the Payment Intent that was being used would be a good start.

Hm, based on what I'm seeing, it looks like the bank authentication flow was started, then nothing happened for about 10 minutes and the payment attempt was canceled. What did your customer see while they were going through the flow?

tepid sorrel
#

i think its his bank 3ds auth

#

it was disspearing

#

but then he succeed to pay when he pasted his password before the bank windw close

jaunty oracle
#

Can you be more precise? That's a bit vague so it's hard to map it to the requests I'm seeing. How was your customer able to paste their password if the modal was disappearing?

What do you mean when you say "but then he succeed to pay"? Was that through a different Payment Intent? The one you shared is still in a requires_payment_method state, so it didn't process a payment.

tepid sorrel
#

i dont have much info , he tried a second time through a diffrent payment intent i guess and it succeed

#

i think its the 3ds authentication

#

modal

jaunty oracle
#

Alright, that's something I would recommend having your customer talk to their bank about then. Stripe makes the modal available, but the issuer of the card being used controls the authentication that is surfaced within the modal. If that was not completing as the customer was expecting, typically having them speak with their bank is the best next step.
