It depends how and for what are you accepting payments
Here are the general payment related emails:
https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/emails
there is no email for failure payments and for single time payment
however if you are using Subscription/Billing, then you can configure emails to let customers enter new payment method via Stripe hosted pages:
https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/automatic
