I guess not, as I am not sure what that is
we only use online platform payments
looking at it now, is then only charge.dispute.created relevant for that?
can yuo share the Event ID (evt_xxx) of the issuing_dispute.created event you received?
I did not receive one, I received them through charge.dispute.created, I was only wondering if I should also look for issuing_dispute.created event
sometimes payment intent data can come through a little different if it was first payment starting a subscription or subscription automatic payment through an invoice - so not sure if disputes created are always through charge.dispute.created
Hey! Taking over for my colleague. Let me catch up.
Not a problem
Can you share the dispute/charge Id that you didn't received an event for it ?
No I am just asking that if a subscription payment becomes disputed
can it also trigger a issuing_dispute.created webhook? Or is it ALWAYS a charge.dispute.created event
No, it's charge.dispute.created.
gotcha perfect that's all I was wondering, thank you
