Can you share your account ID? You can find your account ID by logging in to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account. It'll be in the upper right hand corner and looks like acct_123

The country of your Stripe account is United States. PayPal is not supported in United States in Stripe's integration

You can't implement PayPal when your Stripe account is in US

#

Unless the country of Stripe account is changed to other supported country
