No, you can't change the issuing authorization amount

okay so when I consume the issuing_authorization.update webhook event, the amount should always be the same as the original authorization?

Okay how are partial authorizations, and incremental authorizations handled / what webhook events do thes trigger?

It's the same issuing_authorization.created when a partial authorization or incremental authorization is created
