Unfortunately we don't know much about dashboard exports on this sever, if you reach out to our support team they may be able to help you here. If you aren't seeing the name column in the list of all columns it may not be possible through the dashboard.
Though our API will include the names if you list them from there https://stripe.com/docs/api/coupons/list
