So with the setup seen in the screenshot. Would I be able to send that to multiple prospects for them to use and complete payment based on the setup you see?

I don't know. This server is focused on helping developers coding integrations with Stripe APIs. It looks to me like you would be setting the quantity of $2 trial tests to 1

I just want to avoid having to create a new payment link for each prospect. So can I use a single payment link (as seen above) for every prospect?

Payment Links can be reused unless de-activated
