Hey snufkin,

It was the sentence: "For payments that require 3D Secure, you can configure your billing settings to send a hosted link to customers so they can complete the flow.," that make me think that.

If im wrong though, that's great. So after a customer does the initial 3D Secre authorization they're good to go on future returring subscription payments?

Ah no, not quite. Issuing banks can request 3DS at any time. While most of the time, creating a payment method for off-session usage and going through 3DS during the initial payment https://stripe.com/docs/payments/save-during-payment is sufficient, your integration should be capable of bringing the customer back on-session if the bank decides to require 3DS again.
