Hi our customer recently reported to us that he has completed the payment via iDeal, but in our stripe dashboard, it displays as incomplete.

we have never seen such issue before, normally iDeal payment is done from the user side, and once that's complete. It's immediately successful.

We have also seen such message there say something about next_action? but the thing is everyone else paying with iDeal never have this before? I can provide payment ID details if needed. Thanks for your help.

normally user complete iDeal payment, it doesn't require any other actions from our side, so we don't know what's happening here

Hm, I haven't heard of that before either, and you're correct that iDEAL should be immediate notification. Those seem to be Payment Method IDs, do you happen to have the Payment Intent ID handy that you can share?
