Hi,
You can start a Subscription in the future via Subscriptions Schedulers:
https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/subscription-schedules/use-cases#start-subscription-future
But in order to charge the first week in advance, you can achieve this using coupons/free trials and separate invoice/payment
For example, you create the Subscription for a future date with a 100% off coupon for the first week
and you create a separate Invoice for the 1 week that you charge the customer for upfront
