You don't need to do anything extra if you're using Stripe Checkout or Payment Element.

The moment, i enter card details and click on pay button, it is redirecting to success page. To make customer fell more secure, if i have an additional authentication like OTP, it could be better. Please advise, if there any option to enable this

The issuing bank will request 3DS when it needs to.

You can somehow force 3DS to show up using Stripe Radar, but I don't know much about it. It also increases checkout friction.
