Are you saying you get an unexpected flow when you try to test opening account links for your newly created csutom accounts?

are you opening those links in the same browser where you're loged in to the platform account (eg, in dashboard)?

If so, you should try opening the account link url in another browser or private/incognito tab

Which should then have the same experience an account holder would see

We basically want the experience we get when using the stripe dashboard (neutral salutation so to speak) and we get the experience of a connect user).

We expected to get the connect user experience using standard & express and the experience using custom as it is with the dashboard as connect owner
