Gotcha - that error message seems to be coming from Shopify, not from Stripe. Have you contact them to ask what may be happening?

some customers get this error some of them not

You're really going to have to push on Shopify to give you more details. If you have an account ID (which you can find in the dashboard at https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account) I can double check to see if I see anything on our end, but from what I can tell this is not coming from us
