@sudden cove unfortunately we do not have a number like that, the support site has a callback option but it is not always available unfortunately
I apologize, but I need genuine help.
The owner of our stripe account is no longer with us. I have customers that I need to refund.
I have absolutely no way of accessing the original owners account.
Which is why I need an actual support number to refund our customers.

These are literally the same articles I have been reading all morning.
I have $4,000 worth of funds I have to refund to people by new years.

We have the callback option if you are logged in but as far as I know there is no number to call in to support. Absolutely would have shared one if I knew of one

We have had a death in the company and it’s genuinely frustrating that this isn’t a simpler process.
Promise I wasn't thinking you were being unreasonable. I get why this is a very sad and stressful situation and how our support process has not helped that but unfortunately those are the only paths to get support that I know of here. I will look again to double check but I may not be able to find much more.
