It should be if you see it as an option for support. If you want to submit your request sooner than having to wait for an available agent, you could select "send us an email" instead
I usually do the email thing, but I've never waited this long for an agent, and am trying to find an answer for my boss quicker (it's not a code issue)
Finally, seems to be a busy day, just wanted to see if you had an outage or not.
