the email option won't show up. only shows the phone request. the top right X button closes the popup, and if I click contact support again, the same popup appears. NO way to get back to the email us or chat option.

It might also depend on the topic you select from the dropdown

I did see it initially. but when I click to requst a phone call, then it went away and will not let me back.

I tried a whole different browser and the same thing.

I'm guessing it may be fine if I have another member of my team try to login but that is just crazy that I would have to do that in order to get some customer service.
