Hi 👋 no, you can only make Transfers to accounts that are already associated with your Platform via Stripe Connect, it is not possible to arbitrarily transfer funds from one Stripe account to another.

The target account is already appearing in connected accounts list.
Here is what Im getting when trying the transfer.
The send button is not clickable
