Actully, i have two user type company and influencer.
company is a customer, and influencer is a express account.
a company may need to payout to multiple influencer each month.
so, before creating a payment intent and paying out, i want to varify that the company payment method have sufficient balance to do that transection.

Yeah unfortunately that's not really possible outside of placing an authorisation on the card
