Hi, let me help you with this.
What do you mean by "pauze or something" exactly? What kind of behaviour are you looking for?
if i add a new phase that starts the 4th of januari, the current phase will automatically change its end date to the 4th of januari. but this means there will be an additional charge the 28th, because that is the 2 week interval mark.
i dont want it to charge the 28th but start again on the 4th
28th of september
Are you sure you meant "september" in your initial message?
sorry december
You can pause payment collection on a Subscription: https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/pause
ok so i now set pause_collection to void and resume it when the next phase starts
in the stripe dashboard at the subscription i see the message in attached image
but i also still see the invoice for the 27th
the dates are different than the example given
thats correct
Yes, that's expected. You will see the Invoice anyway, but it will be voided.
oke great thank you, the resumes at date is exatly the same as the next phase starts, will this give timing issues or should this be fine?
I would make it a day earlier. It doesn't matter for the previous Invoice since it was voided already.
true, great thank you!
Happy to help.
