im looking to partner with different banks i.e citibank, OCBC etc to set up specific promotions and discounts. They've issued me different BIN identifiers and asked me to work with my payment provider to switch on this option. im currently stuck as i've reached out to shopify and was told that they dont have this feature.

my shopifyplus is currently using shopify pay, payments are processed using stripe payments.

i cant find any feature or option on my admin panel to BIN gating.

If you use Stripe via Shopify then we can't help you here. You need to talk to Shopify.

I don't know. You can ask Stripe Support: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
But again, they won't be able to help you if you use Stripe via Shopify.
