Seems like your server didn't respond fast enough. Do you see any logs that suggest that the webhook notification request reached your server?

When I run it local, it runs normally. But when I push the product, I can't debug it like normal. I have to debug by sending email each piece of code

But are you sure your production server receives the events? It might time out before reaching the handler.
