Yeah, I did, so question after read this doc, Inquiries are less severe than disputes and serve as a channel for customers to seek clarification or express concerns before escalating to a formal dispute, which means if it happen, it will before a formal dispute, and the status related will before the " need_response", "under_review","won", or "lost" status, am I understand right?
