with charge, i can :

Charge a custom connect account and payout to another Express connect account also deducting the platform fee. ( and for this charge is custom connect account does not have balance in stripe there bank details be charged)

okey, let me say it this way

I am trying to charge a company who only will always pay, to payout to an influencer who will always only recieve

now, that company is alwasy paying his stripe balane is zero, and stripe need to charge his bank account. to payout to influencer

If a connected account has a negative balance, Stripe might auto debit the external account on file, depending on which country the connected account is in.```

so later i can charge the customer to pay influencer connect account
