Did they create a new account or connect an existing account?
The client didn't specify. We've had them deauthorize and re-authorize to no avail either. The account id is acct_1OMKvGFHFem3BIm8 in case that helps
The full error message is The provided key ’sk_live_51*********************************************************************************************IFWL' does not have access to account 'acct_1OMKvGFHFem3BIm8' (or that account does not exist). Application access may have been revoked.. We see this often when someone disconnects the application from their Dashboard and disconnecting/reconnecting has always resolved the issue so far

What happens when they try to log into their Stripe account? Have they tried?
Yeah, we requested a screenshot of their Stripe account's apps section and it seems to load and also has our branding on the dashboard
However their apps section is empty. Normally you'd see our application under Connect Extensions but their dashboard doesn't display anything under Settings -> Installed apps
