So I took a look and I'm not seeing anything obvious that would explain why verification failed the first time around - they're definitely well within the 10 day limit and I don't see any failed attempts to verify so something deeper must be going on. If you write into support (https://support.stripe.com/contact), we have some internal tools that should be able to reset the state and restart the microdeposit verification process
