Are you talking about the fee Stripe takes? Or are you using Connect and talking abouut fees that you would set up between your connected accounts?

I am referring to the fees that stipe takes and charges towards us, for example if we use different payment providers that have individual fees, are we able to receive them in percent ?

So unfortunately there's no way to receive that in percent (because usually our fee is a flat fee + a percent)
