If looks like there was an issure with the verification process (which needs to succeed before you can create connected accounts in livemode) - you need to push on support to give you specific details on why the previous verifications failed and ask what additional information needs to be provided.
when you say verification process is is my person details ? or something else? As there is only 1 account created on the platform for now
The only details I have available to me are that the ID verification process failed (so I assume it would be your personal details) - support should know more

one more question please, where do you see on stripe the ID verification failed?
There are some internal tools on our end that show this, but if you also go to the dashboard you should see it as well (https://dashboard.stripe.com/connect/accounts/overview)
