It means that these accounts have upcoming requirements that will need to be addressed

It is very similar to the verification process we cover here: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/handling-api-verification

You can create a new Account Link for those accounts and Stripe will collect the new information required

Ok. What about message I had in Connect Dashboard?
"To continue onboarding new US connected accounts, modify your onboarding flow to collect required information by Mar 1, 2024."

Is it generic message - which told that I should check my onboarding flow?

Unfortunately for the details related to that specific message you would need to reach out to Support

I don't have the details about that but I think you should be able to use Account Links to trigger a fresh round of verification collections for your Connected Accounts

I've check requirements with such email
jenny.rosen+enforce_future_requirements@example.com

I collect all data from requirements except "statement descriptor". But as I know it generate automaticaly by stripe if not provided.

So looks like I shouldn't make any changes?

I cannot speak to that exactly. I would recommend double checking with Support using the URL I provided
