I think you just need to register your payment method domain for your website https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-methods/pmd-registration

Register domains for payment methods

Register and verify domains to use payment methods (including Link, Apple Pay, and Google Pay) in Elements.

goopgle pay option is appearing but on safari apple pay is not appearing

Do you have the payment method domain registered? I think Google Pay may not require registration at the moment but apple pay does

do i need to upload the apple's file on the server where the domain is being hosted to verify the domain?

Yes, that is a requirement from both Stripe and Apple
