Our store is mainly focussed on Germany/Austria, and a friend of me located in Germany tried using Klarna to check out
but they could not use it, because of the error which always appears

because we activated the payment directly through shopify payment
I guess you would want to reach out to Shopify first, seeing if they offer Klarna Payment via their setting? Then if they already did, ask they what is your Stripe Account Id (acct_xxx) and then reach out to Stripe Support to get them verify if Klarna is enabled

The response from Shopify is this: Thank you for patiently waiting, Niels. Your patience in waiting is so much appreciated. Upon checking here, Stripe ID is not showing on our end. Is there any other information regarding on Stripe ID? If I may ask, is this an ID reference to your store? And if you are referring with your Klarna activation, I can confirm that this has been activated on your Shopify Payments account now.
