Hi,

So basically when a user subscribe throw a https://buy.stripe.com/url for example and then cancel the subscription throw the https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/url, when the subscription is cancelled the user can't resubscribe throw the portal right?

So basically the user needs to go again to buy.stripe and create a new subscription, or there is another way? Because if the user go again to buy.stripe a new customer id is created, instead of reusing the same customer id from that email address.

What Stripe products are you using?

I'm using Billing for the customer portal and payment links and product catalog, everything throw the Stripe Dashboard. This is a technical question, its no related to code.

Unfortunately I cannot offer much assistance about these issues since this server is focsued on developers coding integrations with Stripe APIs
