Afaik, once the voucher expires then there's no way to pay through the same voucher

I asked because here in Brazil, we can pay expired Boletos. The majority of banks accept this. Do you know if stripe prevents this in some way?

I checked with a colleague that the due date/expiration should block the payment, but sometimes the provider we depend on allow them to be paid

So yeah we're not 100% sure.. I would suggest you reach out to our support about that
