They create accounts with different emails
So far I’ve had to check manually if a card was used multiple times on free trials. The email addresses are always different
I don't think you can do much, unfortunately. But I would also check with Stripe Support: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
This customer was using a card that was already used for a different trial. Is there no technical way to get the unique fingerprint?
The fingerprint is there for exactly that: https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_methods/object#payment_method_object-card-fingerprint
If it doesn't match then it's actually a different number.
