Sure - for example evt_1ONSNDKTbB6fdEsCQ8EbR0Av is a webhook event for a duplicate subscription. In test mode I had limited subscriptions to 1 per customer. In live mode I forgot to do this, so the customer erroneously ended up with duplicate subscriptions.

So there's nothing wrong with the requests, my question is about configuration management.

Ok, there's no API to retrieve your Dashboard configurations, so you need to make sure you've set the appropriate settings in live mode.
