You can use Stripe Connect to move funds into one of your users accounts

If that say I have 10 users , can I pay them directly by using the amounts in stripe.?

If they are in the same region as your platfom, then yes.

And I saw it mentioned it only available for custom or express account , does I need to change my account to either one of it ? And also what’s the benefit to be a paid membership ?

It is available for Custom or Express Connected Accounts

#

You don't have to do anything to your platform account to onboard those accounts other than submit your Connect Application
