You can use the plan_ as if it were a Price.

I didn't because I have problem in sign in to my stripe account
I used my account without activating 2fa
today I can't login to the account so I tried forgot password but didn't get any email today
so I sent an email to the stripe support but not getting answer yet

I don't know, that's not something we can help with here or have knowledge about. Make sure you check your spam and junk filters to make sure you're not missing emails from Stripe though.
