Hello! Any changes to your Stripe balance will produce a Balance Transaction, so if funds are removed due to a dispute then there should be a Balance Transaction for that. I'm not sure what you mean by the Payout part though?

An automatic payout contains balance transactions, so I would guess that they would appear in the payout too.

We can't pay out a reduction in your funds though.
We sometimes will try to debit your external account if you Stripe balance goes negative.
But, like, say you have a balance of $100 in Stripe, and then $40 is removed for a dispute, then the remaining $60 is paid out. The Payout is going to just be for the $60.
