any other idea ? maybe schedule subscritpion ?

rain kettle
#

Yeah I mean there's a few ways you can achieve this, so it's up to you. You can do pause subscriptoin, subscription schedule, or even use negative value invoice items to create 3 years worth of invoices after each successful payment so you're effectively billed every 4 years

#

Really up to you on what you want to do

#

Actually subscription schedule doesn't really solve for this

#

At least not if there's no definitive end date for the subscription

#

Would recommend either pausing or negative invoice items to credit the customer

restive dove
#

oh okay , and what is this negative invoice itemes ?

#

how does this work ?

rain kettle
#

So after the first payment, you'd create one to credit the customer for the next 2 years (assuming every 4th year you want them to be billed)

#

Then do the same after every 4th year

restive dove
#

okay nice , i think i will go for the easier one

#

the paussing of the invoice

rain kettle

Yep that's what I recommend
