If you have issue to connect to your platform the only way to get access is via https://support.stripe.com/contact
This channel is only for technical integration questions
I already contact them
all of them dont know what to do
i sit with the support 40 min and the chat disconnected u think its a real ?
No there must be misunderstanding/mis use of the platform
The recommended way is to send an email to Stripe Support
I don't gonna wait 24 hours for answer when there is live chat there!!
And share as much details as possible... what was your email? why you want to change it? backup your account
I cant even contact the support on the mail cause I don't have access to the mail!
You need to choose the email option:

Not the chat, that's the only way to do that.
But I need access to my old mail for contact the support in the mail
I see;, first you need to get access to your email, maybe reaching out to your mailing provider and have access to it then you try to get your Stripe Account back
So in other word you tell me if i don't have access to my old mail Im ***ed up.
