Yep, should be. If they're not listed then I'd guess you're signing in to the wrong account
it's new and says payments are held for 7 days, is this causing the issue?
and is there a direct number to contact stripe?

Unfortunately I don't know exactly how that works. Not something we'd know about, you're better off speaking to support
