Not always but yes frequently we are getting this error, i have most of the payment intent id which are failed due to this error

You can also create an issue in https://github.com/stripe/stripe-terminal-android/issues . But I'd suggest you to write into support https://support.stripe.com/contact/email and let them direct your inquiry to terminal team.
