well this may be developer related but not necessarily a public API related question...

we have features enabled and are told to access the feature through the Dashboard page but we are getting 404 which is stopping us integrating with your public API

we were told our platform account has been gated for this advanced feature

but logging into the account and navigating to the page we get 404

#

I may be wrong but perhaps the logic for accessing is more complex than just "your account has been gated for this feature"
